Consumer Directed Services, or CDS, gives individuals and families more control over their care. Through this program, clients receiving home care in Madison can choose their own caregiver, including a trusted friend or family member in many cases, and set a schedule that works best for them. Our home care agency manages the administrative side, including payroll, caregiver documentation and coordination. Clients still receive support with daily needs such as running errands, light housekeeping and medication reminders, while enjoying the freedom and flexibility that CDS provides.
